ECT at 24th SETAC GLB Annual meeting

August 2019

The 24th SETAC GLB Annual Meeting (Biodiversity in water and on land – the role of chemical stressors) takes place in Landau (Pfalz), Germany, from 4 to 6 September 2019. ECT is contributing with the following two presentations:

N. Wanner, A. Potthoff, D. Kühnel, M. Weil: Untersuchung des Umweltrisikos von CNTs für die Aufbereitung von Prozesswässern der Erdöl-, Erdgas- und Metallindustrie. Poster presentation.

M. Weil, R. Minati, C. Salgado, M. Otto, J. Römbke, H. Teichmann: Entwicklung und Standardisierung eines Labor-Ökotoxizitätstests mit Trauermückenlarven für die Risikoabschätzung gentechnisch veränderter Pflanzen – Teil 2. Poster presentation.

In addition, M. Weil is co-chairing the session ‘Verbleib und Auswirkungen von Mikroplastik und Nanopartikeln’ (06 July 2019, 08:55–11:00).

About ECT

ECT Oekotoxikologie GmbH was founded as a privately owned, independent enterprise in 1993, and joined the SynTech Research Group in November 2021.

In compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), we perform standardised ecotoxicological tests in the laboratory as well as at semi-field and field level.
